Our bespoke furniture is suitable for all levels of expertise and all your projects. Made from wood panels isourced exclusively from sustainably managed forests and high-quality fixings, all our boards are designed to have a very long lifespan. Their maintenance is quick and easy. They are ready to use and it is very simple to use them on different qualities of support.
We use melamine panels which have a very realistic look and are made from particleboard covered with a sheet of decorative paper impregnated with melamine. Our wood panels are available in two thicknesses: 18 or 36 mm. The thickness has no influence on the solidity of the furniture and is above all aesthetic. Our 18mm thick panels weigh around 13 kg per m², which corresponds to a density of 700-750 kg per m3. They are cut on digital machines and the fields receive an ABS veneer, up to 2 mm thick. The wood panels are available in several textures (pearl, matt, smooth...) which allows for a more qualitative finish.
Edge veneer refers to thestrips placed on the edges of our panels so that the particleboard interior is not visible in order to improve the aesthetics of your furniture. Throughout the structure of our furniture, the edge veneer is 0.6 mm thick, so it's very flat. On the front, we have chosen a 2 mm thick veneer, deliberately thicker and therefore slightly rounded so that the front is not sharp.
The wood we use to make our furniture is environmentally friendly and recyclable. We source it from three different suppliers: Kronospan, Egger and Pfleiderer. All meet quality and environmental standards. They ensure that their panels are made with wood from certified "sustainably managed" forests (PEFC and FSC certification). The solidity of the design and the quality of the components used mean that our furniture will last a long time - not "disposable" furniture that will have to be replaced after a few years.
