How to add the DessineTonMeuble connector to Mistral's assistant, step by step, so you can design your custom furniture in the conversation.
To design your DessineTonMeuble furniture with Mistral's assistant, you first need to add our connector. What the connector can do is covered in the article Create your custom furniture directly with ChatGPT, Claude or Mistral.
Guide last updated 20 October 2026. The Mistral interface changes regularly: if a screen no longer matches, the steps stay roughly the same.
A free Mistral account is enough. You also need a DessineTonMeuble account, which you can create during setup if you don't have one.
In the left-hand menu, open Context > Connectors and click Add connector.
On the Marketplace page that opens, click Add custom connector.
Enter DessineTonMeuble as the connector name and https://mcp.dessinetonmeuble.fr as the server. Mistral detects the authentication on its own (OAuth2.1). Click Add connector.
You land on our website. Log in (or create an account), then click Autoriser (allow). Mistral opens again automatically.
In Mistral, you turn the connector on in each new conversation: click the + button in the message bar, then Connectors, and choose DessineTonMeuble.
Then describe your furniture, for example:
"Create a small cabinet 64 cm wide, 42 cm high and 38 cm deep, with 2 columns and 1 height-adjustable shelf in each column, then show it to me in 3D."
When the assistant wants to change your furniture, Mistral asks for your permission. Choose Always allow for this conversation so you don't have to approve every step.
The furniture then appears in 3D in the conversation. You can rotate it, and the Importer sur mon compte (import to my account) button adds it to your DessineTonMeuble account.
