01-Objective

The Aryga.fr company is organizing a photo contest whose theme is customer furniture. The purpose of this contest is to showcase and share customers' creations.

02-Conditions of participation

Participation in this contest is free of charge and open to all persons aged 18 and over.
Participation in this photo contest implies unreserved acceptance of these rules, and waiver of any recourse against decisions made by Aryga. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, sent after the deadline or in a form other than the one specified will be considered null and void.

All entries must be submitted in writing.

03-Participation methods

The contest runs quarterly (from 01/01/2025 to 31/03/2025, from 01/04/2025 to 30/06/2025, from 01/07/2025 to 30/09/2025 and from 01/10/2025 to 31/12/2025)

To take part in the competition, you must send your photo by e-mail to the following address: serviceclients@aryga.fr
The body of the e-mail will include:

– A comment of 2 lines maximum
– The name and surname of the participant

Photos must imperatively include at least one piece of furniture manufactured by ARYGA.

The participant certifies on his or her honor that he or she is the author of the photograph(s) he or she sends.

04-Winning criteria and jury

The photos sent in by participants are submitted to the Aryga.fr team for pre-selection. The prize will be awarded to the participant with the most votes, after submission to a panel of internet users made up exclusively of Aryga.fr customers.

05-Dotations

The prizes up for grabs are as follows:

– The Glady gift voucher worth 20 € limited to 1 per order per participant.

First prize:

– Aryga.fr gift voucher of 100 € for the winner.

A winner can only win once. No prize is exchangeable for another prize or its cash equivalent for any reason whatsoever.

06-Publication of results

All candidates will receive a newsletter at the end of the quarter informing them of the winner for the quarter.

The winner will be contacted by e-mail or telephone at the end of the quarter and will receive the prize by e-mail.

07-Receipt of winnings

Prizes will be sent by e-mail. Aryga.fr will not be held responsible for any delays, losses, damages, lack of legibility of the seals due to the electronic services, occurring during the delivery of the prize.

08-Participants' rights

In the exclusive context of the promotion and communication of the ARYGA company, its websites, their promotion and that of its various competitions, in all its forms and on all media, all press or other publications it may produce or have produced, the organizer may use the photographs free of charge.

By participating in this contest, the entrant irrevocably accepts the use of the photographs as defined in these rules, provided that the entrant retains ownership of the photographs submitted. The participant declares:
• to be the author of the photograph
• have not transferred the right to use them exclusively to third parties
• relieve Aryga.fr from any and all claims or demands in respect of both the tangible and intangible property of the photo.

The participant retains the right to freely exploit the photograph, and may, at any time, stop the exploitation of the photo, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

Photographs must not be obscene, violent, dangerous, racist, contrary to public order, or likely to harm the public or the community; likely to harm minors or undermine the dignity of persons, or glorify crimes against humanity.

09-Data Protection Act

Personal information collected as part of this competition is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. The processing of this information is subject to a declaration to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL). The essential information that participants communicate on the website or by e-mail in the context of the competition enables Aryga.fr to process their participation in the said competition (sending your e-mail or postal address of any prize, information, etc.). In application of this law, all participants in the competition have the right to access, oppose, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them. Any request for access, opposition, modification, rectification or deletion, must be addressed to Aryga.fr, at the following address:

10-Guarantees

The participant assumes full responsibility for the content (objects, places, people…) of the image he/she proposes to Aryga.fr. In any event, the participant undertakes to submit a photograph whose image respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and all applicable laws and regulations; which is generally in keeping with public order and good morals. In the event of a breach of these rules, ARYGA reserves the right to cancel the registration of the participant concerned, without liability to the company. In any case, the participant guarantees the ARYGA company against any legal action that could be brought as a result of the photograph that he/she has created.
The participant undertakes and warrants to ARYGA that the photograph he/she has sent is available under agreements with third parties represented on the photograph or objects (stylus, etc.) in the photograph; ARYGA will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the photograph or objects (styling, furniture, cars, etc.) that may be subject to intellectual and/or industrial property rights or other proprietary rights.

11-Litigation and liability

Participation in this competition implies unreserved acceptance of the rules and regulations in their entirety, including any amendments or additions thereto. Any inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent statement by the participant will result in disqualification.
No verbal or written request regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanics or terms of the contest or the list of winners will be accepted.
To be valid, any dispute must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

Any dispute relating to the contest and its rules will be decided by the Aryga.fr website. The responsibility of Aryga.fr shall not be held liable if, due to a case of force majeure as recognized by jurisprudence, or any event beyond its control, it were to cancel, shorten, extend or modify the terms of the contest. The Aryga.fr site may cancel or suspend all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever in connection with participation in this contest. In such a case, the Aryga.fr website reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
It is expressly reminded that the Internet is not a secure network. The Aryga.fr website cannot therefore be held responsible for contamination by any viruses or for the intrusion of a third party into the computer systems of contest participants.

12-Proof

Except in the case of obvious errors, the information resulting from Aryga.fr's information systems has evidentiary force in any dispute as to the connection elements and computer processing of said information relating to the contest.

13-Award of jurisdiction

Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts.
