Need help designing your projects or assembling your furniture?
Which payment methods are accepted ?
There are several available payment methods:
- Cash payment: you can pay when you order, by credit card or bank transfer.
- Payment in 3 installments free of charge: For all orders over €500, we automatically offer payment in 3 installments by credit card (bank imprint). The installments are linked to the progress of production: you pay a first installment of 40% when the order is confirmed, then another 40% when the order is dispatched (around 5 weeks later). The remaining 20% is not debited until 10 days after delivery, giving you plenty of time to assemble and check your furniture before it is paid in full !
Is furniture delivered in kit form?
Yes, our furniture is specially designed so that it can be assembled without assistance.
With just a screwdriver and our detailed assembly instructions, you'll be able to assemble your furniture step by step, without needing any special skills. But if you'd rather have a little help, don't hesitate to call in a local furniture assembler or someone close to you !
How is my custom furniture guaranteed ?
Your furniture is guaranteed for 5 years and the hardware for 2 years.
This means that we are committed to ensuring the quality and durability of your bespoke furniture over this period.
How do I contact customer service ?

How can I get my invoice ?
In the case of payment in instalments, deposit invoices are generated for each payment.
In all cases, the final invoice (with VAT details) is generated automatically 10 days after delivery of your order and made available in your personal space.
If required, our customer service department can also send you a proforma invoice (estimate) before the order is validated.
How long does it take to manufacture and deliver ?
Once your order has been confirmed, it takes around 6 weeks to manufacture, check, pack, and deliver your furniture to your home. The level of activity in the workshop or transport constraints may vary this time slightly, but it very rarely exceeds 7 weeks.
When you place your order, the system will ask you if you would like to be contacted when packing is complete, to confirm that we can indeed proceed with dispatch. If necessary, we can hold the crate for some time to deliver it at the most opportune time (particularly for a second home, or during holiday periods).
What if I make a mistake in my settings before production ?
Before your furniture goes into production, two technical experts check and verify your projects.
They will contact you in case of an inconsistency or a possible improvement.
In any case, we will do our utmost to find the best solution !

What recourse do I have if there's a problem with my furniture ?

How is the furniture packaged ?
Each order is delivered in a wooden crate, also made to measure.
The crate contains all the parts of your custom-made furniture, ready for assembly, and all the hardware. The crate and its contents are heavy and bulky in principle, but inside the crate the boards are grouped together in small, manageable bundles, so we strongly recommend opening the crate and extracting the contents rather than trying to move it.
The glass elements are supplied separately.
How does delivery work ?
Once the manufacturing process is complete, all the components of your furniture are packed in a sturdy crate, which we hand over to the carrier. He will contact you about 10 days later to arrange a delivery date. In principle, the appointment is made during the day.
Delivery is made at the bottom of the building or at the edge of the property - in practice, the deliveryman will take the crate to where his pallet truck can take it.
Where can I have it delivered ?
We deliver free of charge throughout mainland France, as well as to Belgium, Switzerland (with additional customs charges) and Luxembourg. We also deliver throughout Europe, with some restrictions.
Islands, which are difficult to access, may be subject to a surcharge. In particular, deliveries to Corsica are invoiced at €120 including VAT.
Our closed-crate packaging minimises the risk of damage or loss, and is ideal for long-distance deliveries: we can deliver to forwarding agents for transfer to French overseas departments and territories, or for export anywhere in the world. Don't hesitate to contact us.
Are there assembly instructions ?
Absolutely ! You can generate your assembly instructions from our configurator by clicking on the dedicated button at the top left, and if you make any changes to your project, they will be updated in real time !
They will also be sent to you by e-mail when your furniture is delivered. The instructions clearly identify each part and include videos for assembling the hardware at each stage.
Do you have an assembly service ?
Our furniture is designed so that you can assemble it yourself, without any special skills.
All you need is a Phillips screwdriver (a screwdriver will be useful for larger projects) and the electronic assembly instructions supplied - detailed step by step (exclusive to Aryga, they are totally specific to your piece of furniture).
If you're in any doubt, you can view the assembly instructions directly in the configurator as soon as you've designed the furniture - and if you need to, you can call in a furniture assembler, via a specialist platform, or a more experienced friend !
Can I have samples ?

Samples are sent by post, and are usually dispatched within 48 hours of your request (excluding weekends).
How thick are the boards ?
The panels are 18 mm thick, while the thicker panels are 36 mm thick.
What is the furniture made of ?
To manufacture your furniture, we use melamine-coated chipboard from leading European brands (Egger, Pfleiderer, Kronospan), or possibly MDF for painting. We don't use paper decors, which are far too light, but a melamine finish with ABS edges. The wood decors are very realistic, especially those with a textured finish (wood grain that is sensitive to the touch).

Are your colours always available, and always the same ?
We endeavour to maintain a varied range of colours, but manufacturers regularly update their ranges. We develop our catalogue accordingly, trying to maintain a coherent and complete range. This means that sometimes a colour may disappear from the selection and we are no longer able to supply it. Naturally, we will never change the colour of a piece of furniture in your order without consulting with you first.
For plain coloured panels, as for floor or wall coverings, there is a notion of ‘dye bath’ which means that two panels of the same reference may have a slightly different shade if they were not manufactured at the same time or by the same factory. Of course, we make sure that this is not the case in a single order, but in the case of successive orders, differences may appear. This phenomenon is rarely seen with imitation wood.
