Frequently asked questions

Need help designing your projects or assembling your furniture?

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your purchases in a single instalment (by credit card or bank transfer) or in 3 instalments free of charge (by credit card) for all purchases over €500 including VAT.

For payment in 3 instalments: you pay a first instalment of 40% when you place your order, then a second instalment of 40% when your order is shipped, usually around 5 weeks after your order. Finally, the remaining balance is deducted automatically 10 days after delivery of your order.

Is the furniture delivered in kit form?

Yes, our furniture is specially designed to be assembled without assistance.

With just a screwdriver and our detailed assembly instructions, you'll be able to assemble your furniture step by step, without needing any special skills. But if you'd rather have a little help, don't hesitate to call in a local furniture assembler or a relative!

How is my custom-made furniture guaranteed?

Your furniture is guaranteed for 5 years and the hardware for 2 years.

This means we are committed to ensuring the quality and durability of your bespoke furniture during this period.

How do I contact customer service?

How do I get my invoice?

The invoice can be generated 10 days after delivery of your furniture.

If you wish, our customer service department can also send you a proforma invoice. 

What are the manufacturing and delivery times?

Your furniture is manufactured and delivered to your front door in around 6 weeks, in kit form, ready to assemble.

Upstairs delivery optional for certain destinations. 

What if I make a mistake in my configurations before production?

Before your furniture goes into production, two technical experts check and verify your projects.

They will contact you if they find any inconsistencies or possible improvements.

In all cases, we do our utmost to find the best solution!

How do I make a specific request?

What can I do if I have a problem with my furniture?

I've assembled my furniture and made a mistake. What should I do?

This is something that can happen and we understand it. 

Our technical experts will try to offer you a solution in order to resolve the concern encountered.

How is furniture packed for delivery?

Our furniture is delivered as a kit in a wooden crate, also custom-made.

The crate is of course heavy and difficult to handle, but once opened all you have to do is extract the boards for your furniture, which are grouped together in shrink-wrapped packages that can be handled by 1 or 2 people.

How is my furniture delivered?

Once manufacturing is complete, our carrier will contact you within 1 week to 10 days to arrange a delivery date.

Our carrier will try to inform you as precisely as possible when it will be passing by, but in some areas it can only give you the day of delivery. Delivery is made at the foot of the building or at the property line, so the deliveryman will take the crate to where his pallet truck can take it (officially “At the foot of your home” or “at the property line”).

Where can I be delivered?

We deliver throughout France, as well as to Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. We also deliver throughout Europe, with some restrictions. If you have any specific requests or particular destinations, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We can also arrange delivery to forwarding agents for overseas shipments.

Is there an assembly manual?

Absolutely! You can generate your assembly instructions from our configurator by clicking on the dedicated button at the top left.If you modify your project, it will update in real time!

It will also be sent to you by e-mail when your furniture is delivered. The instructions clearly identify each part and feature videos for hardware assembly at every stage.

Do you have an assembly service?

Our furniture is designed so that you can assemble it yourself, without any special skills or assistance. All you'll need is a simple screwdriver and the detailed step-by-step assembly instructions specific to your piece of furniture.

Of course, if the idea of handling a screwdriver worries you, you can always call in a local furniture assembler or a more experienced family member!

How thick are the boards?

Panels are 18 mm thick, while thicker panels are 36 mm thick.

What materials are your custom-made furniture made from?

To manufacture your furniture, we use melamine-coated panels, made from particleboard covered with a sheet of decorative paper impregnated with melamine, for a highly realistic look.

Why do some colors disappear and shades vary slightly during remanufacturing?

We strive to maintain a varied range of colors, but some suppliers may stop offering certain colors. In such cases, we do our utmost to find an equivalent color, but we cannot guarantee a perfectly similar shade.

In addition, during remanufacturing, shades may differ slightly due to variations in the dye bath. We do our best to minimize these deviations and guarantee consistent product quality.
